金沢八景・海の公園が一望できる場所に建ち、屋上部のほとんどがガーデンとなっている施設です。入居者の方々が散策できるようバリアフリーとし、植物を植えたり育てたりできるスペースを設けています。海に近いことから、風や塩害に強い種類の植物を選定しています。

This senior’s health center overlooks Kanazawa Hakkei and Yokohama’s Marine Park. Almost the entire roof top area is occupied by the garden which is accessibility, allowing residents to explore freely and grow plants in the designated area. Due to its proximity to the sea, salt-tolerant trees and plants were carefully selected.
